How we use your information.

Printment Design is a small UK 3D printing business. This page explains what information we collect when you use the website, place an order or get in touch.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand basic website behaviour, such as page views, visitor numbers and which pages are being used. This helps us improve the site and spot issues.

Vercel Web Analytics is designed to be privacy-friendly and does not use third-party cookies. If we add cookie-based analytics, ads or similar tracking tools in future, we will update this notice and add any consent controls that are needed.

Orders and payments

When you place an order, we collect the details needed to process and fulfil it. This can include your name, email address, delivery address, order contents, payment status, order reference, shipping method and tracking or dispatch reference.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Printment Design does not store your full card details. Stripe processes the payment and tells our order system whether the payment has succeeded.

Order storage and emails

Order information is stored in Supabase so we can manage fulfilment, shipping and customer support. Order confirmation and shipped emails are sent through Resend.

If you email us, we use your message and email address to reply to your enquiry. You can contact Printment Design about privacy or an order at hello@printmentdesign.com.

How long we keep information

We keep order and contact information for as long as needed to run the business, provide customer support and meet legal or accounting requirements.
